Dear Sir / Madam,



I Am writing to complain about the home exchange organised by your company. I stayed in Warsaw house, owned by Frank Kowalski between 22 November and 1 December.



According to the information I received, the house was after the repair. In fact, the house was in bad condition. It was very old and dirty. I was afraid even to come in. My son thought that there were ghosts in this house and he burst out crying.

[...] There was not water, so even we could not wash ourselves. Also, I found there a lot of worms. The conditions were abominable. The neighbours weren't nice. Several times I had to go to them. I fell out with them because at night They were doing a lot of noise and we ,especially my son, we could not sleep. Every night, our neighbor was singing. She did not understand that it had disturbed us. The next morning, we were all tired and we did not have the forces to visit Warsaw. [...]
